I teach Vinyasa & Yin Yoga in Chamonix in two beautiful studios. My sessions are designed to help you feel grounded, calm, and energized while surrounded by the beauty of the Alps. The classes are mostly indoors in a beautiful studio with a view of the mountains - and sometimes outdoors on the terrace when the weather is right.
